Delete your account and data

We review this document periodically and update it when Honest Plate or the law changes.

In the app

1. Open Honest Plate and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email support@honestplate.app from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Honest Plate account”. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it and reply to confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile, including the questionnaire answers and targets.
• Your whole diary: food entries, photos, the AI estimates, weight, water and activity.
• Coach links, comments and invites. If you are a coach, your clients are unlinked and keep their own diaries.
• Reminders and push tokens.

Data is removed from our live systems at once and from encrypted backups within 30 days.

What is kept

• A short deletion record (email address, plan, account creation date) in our audit log, to handle billing disputes and to show the deletion happened.
• Purchase records that accounting and tax law require us to keep.
• Pseudonymous analytics events and crash reports, until they expire (up to 24 months and 90 days).

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store account first: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

Delete only some data

You can delete single entries in the diary at any time, and leave a coach in the app without deleting your account. For anything else, write to support@honestplate.app.

В приложении

1. Открой Honest Plate и перейди в Настройки.
2. Нажми Удалить аккаунт.
3. Подтверди. Аккаунт и данные удалятся сразу, и выполнится выход из приложения.

Без приложения

Напиши на support@honestplate.app с адреса, через который входишь в приложение, с темой «Delete my Honest Plate account». Мы можем попросить подтвердить, что аккаунт твой. Удалим и ответим в течение 30 дней, обычно намного быстрее.

Что удаляется

• Аккаунт и профиль, включая ответы анкеты и цели.
• Весь дневник: записи о еде, фото, оценки AI, вес, вода и активность.
• Связи со специалистом, комментарии и приглашения. Если ты специалист, клиенты отключаются от тебя, а их дневники остаются у них.
• Напоминания и push-токены.

Из рабочих систем данные удаляются сразу, из зашифрованных резервных копий — в течение 30 дней.

Что остаётся

• Короткая запись об удалении (адрес почты, тариф, дата создания аккаунта) в журнале аудита — для споров об оплате и как подтверждение удаления.
• Данные о покупках, которые мы обязаны хранить по законам об учёте и налогах.
• Псевдонимные события аналитики и отчёты о сбоях — до истечения срока хранения (до 24 месяцев и до 90 дней).

Подписка

Удаление аккаунта не отменяет подписку, оформленную в App Store или Google Play. Сначала отмени её в настройках стора: на iPhone — Настройки → твоё имя → Подписки, на Android — Google Play → Платежи и подписки.

Удалить только часть данных

Отдельные записи можно удалить в дневнике в любой момент, а выйти от специалиста — в приложении, не удаляя аккаунт. Для остального напиши на support@honestplate.app.
